The hotel's location was fantastic, near the underground and with a good breakfast. However, the room wasn't cleaned daily, and the self-service model was disappointing for the price paid. Limited food options and no room service, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Just stayed at a hotel right next to Tower of London! LOVED the view of ToL from the room. Breakfast not included but worth it for fresh juices. Would choose it again. Emotions better than photos!

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people by ensuring that the children of the staff are mindful of the movie selections accessible through the room iPad, providing a more considerate and family-friendly experience for all guests.

The seamless integration of the iPad-controlled room features made me feel like I had my own virtual assistant, elevating my stay to a whole new level of convenience and comfort.

I had a fantastic stay here! This place had an unbeatable location right in front of a famous tourist attraction. The service was impeccable and staff were always available to help. The room amenities were top-notch such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, sink, and free toiletries, all controlled via an ipad. Plus, the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, being only a stone's throw away from the Tower of London and close to both London Bridge and Tower Hill tube stations. The rooms are equipped with a mood pad that makes everything easy to control, while the bathrooms are modern and sleek. The staff are always nearby and happy to help, and there is a 24/7 café available.

The breakfast buffet may be unsatisfactory for some, with one reviewer feeling as though the offerings were meager for the price charged.

the rooms were lovely and the technology worked well. the view of the Tower of London was amazing, definitely worth the extra cost. the location was perfect, providing easy access to all parts of the city.

Some of the staff downstairs could have been more attentive and friendlier when we had to engage with them for questions. It would have been nice to have more interaction with the staff despite the automated check-in and check-out process.

This hotel is in an amazing location, right next to a tube station and close to everything. Transportation is very convenient, as it's on top of a central station. In addition, the staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities are clean and breakfast is delicious.

Amazing stay! Staff helped with local info on my first visit. This place suits me perfectly - Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and flat-screen TV. Coming back for city trip.
